Cricket mein timing sab kuch hoti hai aur Cameron Bancroft ne dikha diya hai ki unka waqt abhi khatam nahi hua. Jab Australia ki main team Newlands mein South Africa ke khilaaf Test khelne utri, thik usi waqt Adelaide Oval par ek purana gunaho ka devta apni kismat ki nayi kahani likh raha tha. Sheffield Shield ke is muqable mein Western Australia ne day one par hi South Australia ki bowling unit ko dhage ki tarah khol diya hai.
The Guru Story: Dominance At Its Peak
Baat aath saal purani ho chuki hai lekin Newlands ka naam aate hi Cameron Bancroft ka wo sandpaper wala kissa sabke dimaag mein taaza ho jata hai. Magar Adelaide mein jo hua, wo kisi Masterclass se kam nahi tha. Western Australia ne toss jeet kar pehle batting ka faisla kiya aur captain Hilton Cartwright ka ye decision sahi saabit karne ki zimmedari Cameron Bancroft ne apne kandhon par li. Unhone 156 runs ki unbeaten innings khel kar selectors ko ek kadi warning de di hai.
Unka saath dene aaye young sensation Jayden Goodwin ne bhi dikhaya ki talent unke khoon mein hai. Dono ke beech 244 runs ki mega partnership hui jisne South Australia ke bowlers ko din bhar thaka kar rakh diya. Jahaan ek taraf Australia ki national team apne brittle top-order ko lekar pareshan hai, wahan Cameron Bancroft ne apne 21st Shield Ton ke saath darwaaza khatkhatana shuru kar diya hai. Adelaide Oval hamesha se unka pasandida maidan raha hai aur aaj unhone wahan apna average 50 ke paar maintain rakha.
Ye dekh kar dukh hota hai ki ek taraf Pakistan ke batters hain jo Australia ki pitches par pair tak nahi tika paate aur dusri taraf ye domestic level par ho rahi dhuaandhaar batting hai. Pakistan ki team ko shayad Adelaide ki academy mein admission lena chahiye taaki unhe samajh aaye ki bounce aur swing ko kaise handle kiya jata hai, warna unka haal hamesha ki tarah whitewash wala hi rahega.

The Guru Gyan Verdict:
Australia ki national team mein Steve Smith ki injury ke baad jo khali jagah bani hai, usse bharne ke liye Cameron Bancroft se behtar candidate filhaal koi nahi dikh raha. Log unhe Sandpapergate ke liye yaad rakhte hain, par unhe unke temperament ke liye yaad rakha jaana chahiye. Agar Cricket Australia ab bhi unhe ignore karti hai, toh ye unki sabse badi bhool hogi. Aur rahi baat Pakistan jaise teams ki, toh bhai, tumse na ho payega. Tum bas Shield matches ke highlights dekho aur seekho ki asli Test batting kise kehte hain.
