Hove ke maidan mein ek purana sher wapas aa raha hai. Jab koi club mushkil daur se guzar raha ho, toh use kisi aise insaan ki zaroorat hoti hai jo uski mitti ko pehchanta ho. Sussex Cricket ne wahi kiya hai. Two-time Championship-winning coach Mark Robinson is officially back as the Director of Cricket. Yeh sirf ek appointment nahi hai, balki Hove ki khoyi hui glory ko wapas laane ki ek zordaar koshish hai. Jab niyat saaf ho aur iraade buland, toh rasta apne aap ban jata hai.
The Guru Story: Sussex Ka Champion Wapas Aa Gaya
Cricket ki duniya mein ghar wapsi ki kahaniyan hamesha emotional hoti hain, lekin Mark Robinson ki wapsi purely strategic hai. Robinson, who led Sussex to consecutive County Championships in 2006 and 2007, is taking over a part-time role. Pehle yeh zimmedari Paul Farbrace ko milni thi, lekin unhone last moment par Lancashire ka rukh kar liya. Sussex ke liye yeh ek blessing in disguise sabit hui kyunki unhe apna sabse kamyab coach wapas mil gaya.
Robinson ka career Unfiltered success ki misaal raha hai. Unhone England Women ko 2017 mein World Cup jitaya aur 2021 mein Warwickshire ko bhi trophy dilayi. Jab duniya ke dusre boards, jaise ki PCB, apne management aur coaching staff ko har dusre mahine kisi comedy circus ki tarah badalte rehte hain, wahi Sussex ne stability aur experience ko chuna hai. Pakistan cricket mein toh shayad hi kisi ko pata hota hai ki agle hafte director kaun hoga, lekin yahan Sussex ne ek legend par bharosa jataya hai jo unke system ko andar se janta hai.
Robinson ne kaha hai ki wo Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) ke saath apna kaam jaari rakhenge. Wo grassroots level se talent ko polish kar rahe hain aur ab wahi talent Sussex ki main team mein Dominance dikhayega. Yeh ek masterplan hai: school se seedha stadium tak ka rasta saaf hai.

The Guru Gyan Verdict:
Mark Robinson ki Sussex mein wapsi ek emotional decision nahi balki ek calculated surgical strike hai. Sussex filhaal mushkil waqt se guzar raha hai aur unhe ek aise captain ki zaroorat thi jo doobti naiyya ko paar laga sake. Robinson ka record khud bolta hai. Jab aapke paas ek aisa banda ho jisne County Championship se lekar World Cup tak sab jeeta ho, toh success door nahi hoti. While boards like PCB are busy in their own internal power struggles and logic-less changes, Sussex has shown how a professional club operates: hire the best, trust the process, and wait for the results. Robinson is the ultimate Gamechanger for Hove!
