Bangladesh ke domestic cricket circuit mein iss waqt ek Major Crisis chal rahi hai, jahan board aur clubs ki ego ki ladai ne khiladiyon ka bhavishya daav par laga diya hai. Jo desh cricket ke liye junoon se bhara hai, wahaan aaj players apne basic income ke liye struggle kar rahe hain. Ek aisa khel jisme unhone apni zindagi laga di, wahi khel aaj unke haath se phisalta nazar aa raha hai. Yeh koi choti baat nahi, yeh Bangladesh cricket ke roots par attack hai!
The Inner Story / Asli Maajra
Pichle saat mahine se, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) aur Dhaka clubs ke beech ek aisa tussle chal raha hai, jisne desh ki sabse badi domestic cricket competition, the Dhaka Premier League, ko halt kar diya hai. Half se zyada professional cricketers, jinme se kayi international players bhi hain, frustration mein hain. CWAB, cricketers ki body, is impasse ko khatam karne ki koshish kar rahi hai, lekin baaki do parties se koi khaas urgency dikhi nahi. BCB President Aminul Islam ne clubs ke saath patch-up karne mein reluctance dikhayi hai, jin clubs ne pichle saal October mein hue board elections ko lekar protesting stance le rakha hai.
Asal mein Dhaka clubs, BCB ke board of directors mein sabse zyada represented hain. Magar BCB elections mein allegedly hui malpractice aur manipulation ne sab kuch badal diya. Pragati Seba Sangha ke president, Sabbir Ahmed, jo clubs' movement ke leaders mein se ek hain, ne ESPNcricinfo ko bataya, "We consider this cricket board as illegal." Unka kehna hai ki Aminul Islam ne nominations submission deadline do baar extend ki, jo election norms ke khilaaf hai, aur councillors ke fresh names bhi maange, jisse fairness par sawal uthe.
Is boycott ka asar Dhaka Premier League ki charon tiers par pada hai. First Division mid-December mein shuru hui, par eight clubs ne boycott kar diya. Second Division mein bhi half teams ne boycott kiya. Aur third tier mein, 15 clubs ne matches na khelne ka faisla kiya. Ab toh highest tier, Dhaka Premier Division, ka bhi hone ki ummeed kam hai.
CWAB president Mohammad Mithun, jinhone 61 international matches khele hain, ne iski gravity ko samjhaya: "The Dhaka league is the main source of income for Bangladesh's professional cricketers. It is not just a financial boost for the players but it also provides the experience of handling pressure on and off the field. There are about 1500 to 1600 players who are taking part in this competition together."
Approximately 1200 male and female cricketers financial crisis face kar rahe hain. Kuch clubs ne advance payment ki baat kahi hai, lekin pura system collapse ho raha hai. Is Masterclass of mismanagement mein players hi asli victims hain!

The Guru Gyan Verdict:
Yeh Bangladesh Cricket ke liye ek shameful chapter hai! Jab board aur clubs apne political agenda aur ego clashes mein uljhe hain, toh iska sabse bada nuksan un hardworking cricketers ko ho raha hai jinka future is par nirbhar karta hai. The BCB ko apni authority dikhane se pehle, players ka welfare dekhna chahiye. Aise Gamechanger moments mein leaders ko unfiltered decisions lene hote hain jo cricket ke liye sahi ho, na ki personal vendetta ke liye. Cricket first, politics later. Yehi Guru Gyan hai, aur Bangladesh ke officials ko ye baat samajhni hogi, warna Grassroots cricket ki foundation hi hil jayegi!
